In other news, Samuel Banks has shared a heartfelt appreciation note to Zlatan, and the singer has apparently turned the favour into a business.
According to him, Zlatan asked him about the house matter one day in a store, and when he explained that he was still renting, Zlatan immediately introduced him to someone who could help and advised him on how to structure the payment.
"Today, I own my first house in Lagos, and that is one favour I will never forget."
He wrote.

He also recalled how Zlatan supported his first All-White Party in Lagos by making a video for him without collecting a single naira.
"He didn't ask for anything in return. He simply showed up for me. Not every artist, no matter how successful they become, remembers to show love and support to others the way Zlatan does. I have seen it firsthand, and I can never take it for granted."

Zlatan has reportedly started a real estate consultancy. Sources say after Samuel's post went viral, Zlatan registered a company called "Zanku Homes and Properties" and has been telling his friends to refer clients to him. He has not confirmed the business publicly, but his associates say he has already helped two other people buy houses and is planning to expand into land sales.
