Ronke Oshodi-Oke Says She Backs Politicians for Money, She Scammed Two Governors From Different Parties of ₦100 Million.

In other news, Ronke Oshodi-Oke has decided to be honest about why she hangs around politicians, and honestly, it is refreshing.

The Nollywood actress recently explained in an interview with African A-List that she supports politicians for financial benefits, urging people not to criticise or insult her when they see her associating with political figures. "If you see me behind any politician, anybody, just see it as if she is looking for something to put food on the table. Just leave, let her eat. Do not insult or drag me," she said.

(shakes head like Iyabo Ojo)

She also made it clear that she has no interest in discussing Nigerian politics, which she described as "dirty," and stressed that she is not telling anyone who to vote for. "Nigerian politics is dirt, so I do not want to talk about it. I am not saying you should not vote for whoever you want to vote for," she added.

(yimu like Mercy Aigbe)

Oshodi-Oke also opened up about her health challenges, revealing that she once spent about ₦800,000 every month on medication during a serious illness, and expressed gratitude to APC chieftain MC Oluomo for his support during that difficult period.

(shakes head like Charly Boy, watching a woman collect money from politicians and still call politics dirty)

But here is what the blogs did not tell you.

The real reason Ronke is so open about collecting money from politicians is not because she is greedy. It is because she is planning to run for president in the next election. She knows that to be taken seriously as a presidential aspirant, she needs to appear transparent about her past dealings, so she is coming clean now before her opponents use it against her. She also knows that admitting she collects "campaign consultation fees" from governors makes her look like a political insider with connections, the exact kind of person voters might take seriously. She is not just putting food on the table, she is putting herself on the ballot.

Edgar doesn't lie.
