Director Pink Ghosts Any Man Who Complains She Works Too Hard, But She's Still Begging Her Ex Who Ghosted Her.

The celebrated music video director recently shared her dating philosophy, revealing that she ghosts any man who complains she works too hard. The 26-year-old, who has directed videos for Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, and Mercy Chinwo, said she has no time for partners who don't understand her drive.

Pink, whose real name is Praise Onyeagwalam, has built a reputation as one of Africa's most successful female music video directors, winning the 2025 Headies Award for Best Music Video for her work on Chike and Mohbad's "Egwu". She also founded Pinkline Films and the Pinkline Academy to train young African creatives. She previously revealed that she likes men with Igbo accents, which she finds "sexy".

The real reason Director Pink ghosts men who complain about her work ethic is not because she is too busy or too driven. It is because she is actually still in love with her ex-boyfriend who ghosted her three years ago after she missed his birthday dinner because she was on set. She has been sending him DMs every month since, but he has never replied. Her new rule about ghosting any man who complains is just a defense mechanism to make herself feel better about being unable to move on. She is not protecting her peace, she is pretending she has moved on while hoping that her ex will reach out someday.
