It is because Emmanuel found out that his wife's cousin has been living in the house and using his wardrobe to shoot Instagram content. He asked her to tell her cousin to stop, she refused, and he decided that the only way to get her attention was to unfollow her and delete the photos. He is not leaving his marriage, he is just tired of sharing his closet with someone who has more followers than he does.
