The singer recently appeared on a livestream with content creator Gilmore, where he recounted how Burna Boy called Davido to ask for a seat on his private jet while they were travelling to Yola to perform their song "Temper." According to Skale, Burna Boy said;
"Please, can I join you on your private jet when we were going to perform 'Temper' in Yola."

He further revealed how crowded the jet was.
"The jet was so full that Davido had to ask one of his team members to leave, while someone had to sit on the toilet seat because of me, and there was no space."
When asked about his relationship with Davido, Skales responded;
"Me and Davido are cool."

Burna Boy has reportedly asked Skales for evidence. Sources say Burna Boy's team reached out to Skales, asking for proof of the conversation, including screenshots or call logs. One message reportedly read, "Oga Skales, please provide evidence of the call. We need to verify before we respond." Skales has not responded to the request, but his friends say he has been laughing about it and has already started searching his old phone for call logs.
