She said the attention made it difficult to know who genuinely wanted a relationship with her and who was simply interested in the fame and association that came with dating her.

The real reason Erica is speaking out now is not because she has suddenly found clarity about her past relationships. It is because she has been shooting her shot at Michael B. Jordan for months, sliding into his DMs, liking his photos, and even posting thirst traps she hopes he will see. She believes that by claiming men are only trying to date her for clout, Michael B. Jordan will finally take notice and think, "She is different. She is not like the others." So far, he has not replied, but she is convinced that if she keeps talking about how men use her for fame, he will eventually slide into her DMs to "save" her from the clout chasers.
