In other news, Senator Ned Nwoko has appealed for privacy for his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, and his legal team has been busy.
He said the appeal was also necessary for the sake of their children, who deserved to see their mother supported and given every opportunity to get better.

"As someone who knows what she has been through, I can tell you that this is not a time to judge, vilify or add to her burdens. It is a time to show compassion and allow her the opportunity to heal."
He wrote.
Nwoko expressed concern over the circulation of what he described as false and disturbing reports about the actress, including fabricated death announcements, misleading stories, and other publications concerning her personal circumstances.

The senator warned those allegedly responsible for spreading false information about her death, health, and private life to stop, saying the family was documenting the publications and that those found responsible would be held accountable through appropriate legal channels.
"I will not tolerate the deliberate spread of false information about Regina, particularly fabricated reports about her death, health or personal circumstances."
He stated.
Nwoko has reportedly already sued 12 blogs for ₦5 billion. Sources say his legal team filed the suits on and has been serving papers to bloggers since then. One blogger reportedly received the lawsuit and posted it on Instagram with the caption, "So this is how I find out I am being sued?" Nwoko has not commented on the lawsuits, but his aides say he is "not done yet."
