In other news, Nancy Umeh says children are not retirement plans, and she is doing more than just talking about it.

The media personality recently advised parents not to treat their children as financial investments or retirement plans.

She argued that raising a child is a responsibility, not a transaction, and that parents who plan their retirement around their children's future earnings are setting themselves up for disappointment.

Nancy Umeh has reportedly started a support group for adults whose parents are waiting for their salaries. Sources say the group is called "My Salary Is Not Your Pension" and already has over 200 members. They meet every Sunday on X Spaces to share their experiences and encourage each other. One member reportedly said, "My father calls me every month to ask for my salary. I have not even received it yet." Nancy has not announced the group publicly yet, but her friends say she is "testing the waters" to see if there is an audience for a support group about financial boundaries.
