The Nigerian streamer and content creator recently sat down with Chude Jideonwo, where he opened up about his financial struggles, his encounter with Davido, his personal transformation, and his claim that Kai Cenat borrowed his boarding school series idea. According to him, he developed the concept as far back as 2022, before the American streamer allegedly borrowed it.

"I am proudly Olodo Uprising. I rebuke Intelligent Uprising. Kai Cenat borrowed one of my ideas to create content."
He said.
Reflecting on a project that left him financially strained, he said;
"Can you imagine when you put almost 100 million, I made 450,000. I came out, I was extremely broke."
He also recounted a dramatic encounter involving Davido, claiming he had instructed a driver to scatter the singer's convoy. He said the situation became tense when someone showed them a gun, but they still lay down in front of the car, pleading;
"How far, my brother? We need help."
According to Gilmore, Davido eventually wound down his car window and asked;
"Are you crazy?"
The streamer further reflected on his journey from being a shy child to becoming a recognised content creator, sharing the lesson he learnt from his struggles.
"Ah, you know, you go stay shy, you go later poor o."
He remarked.
Recalling a difficult period when he was alone in the entire Jaja Hall at the University of Lagos, Gilmore described breaking down in tears before experiencing what he considered a turning point in his life.
"God showed me Him. Bro, I was just crying out my tears. Just like a moment of switch for me."
He said.
He also offered advice on personal development, urging people to prioritise inner transformation over wealth.
"Don't pray for money; pray may your life change internally first."
He advised.
He added that he would carefully consider advice from billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote, while recognising that such guidance comes from the businessman's own perspective.

Kai Cenat has reportedly blocked Gilmore on all platforms. Sources say the American streamer blocked him on Instagram, X, and TikTok after Gilmore's interview went viral. Gilmore has not responded to the block, but his friends say he has been checking Kai Cenat's page from a backup account. He is not backing down, he is just using a different login.
