This is their second public appearance in two weeks. First, it was Paris Fashion Week, where Okoye was filmed helping Cardi to her seat like a proper gentleman. Now it is a luxury waterfront dinner at Gio's restaurant inside the St. Regis hotel. The man is collecting European capitals like they are trading cards.

He knows the country, the language, and the best restaurants with the perfect lighting for paparazzi photos. The man is basically her personal tour guide.
