Speaking in an interview following her release from prison, she was asked about claims that circulated online during her time in custody, suggesting that she was struggling with substance use and needed help rather than business opportunities.

Responding, Blessing dismissed the allegations, maintaining that she does not smoke, drink, use drugs, or even attend parties.
"I am not a drug addict. I do not smoke, drink, and I do not even party."
She said.
She accused social media users of spreading false information about her, claiming that people often create and circulate misleading stories for their own entertainment.

IVD has reportedly asked Blessing CEO to take a drug test on live TV. Sources say the businessman posted a video challenging her to prove her claims, saying, "If she is not a drug addict, she should take a test. We will do it live." Blessing has not responded to the challenge, but her friends say she has been ignoring his calls since Monday. IVD has reportedly already booked a lab and a livestream slot.
