Phyna Gave Carter Efe Seven Days to Retract. She Already Spent the ₦500 Million in Her Head.

The BBNaija winner has given Carter Efe seven days to retract his statement claiming he slept with her or face a ₦500 million defamation lawsuit. The drama started when Davrel, Davido's personal streamer, claimed during their public feud that Carter Efe told him Phyna's career was dying and she was "of no benefit."

Then Carter Efe entered the chat. During a confrontation with Phyna in a viral video, she asked, "Me and you f**k?" and he answered, "Yes. I will bring the whole evidence come outside." Phyna replied, "Thank you very much. You and Davrel will hear from my lawyer."

On Thursday night, Phyna went live on Instagram to apologize to her fans and announce that both men had been served. She said she was done with emotional outbursts because her reactions always overshadow what was done to her. "Carter Efe and Davrel, check your emails and WhatsApp. You've been served."

The real reason Phyna is suing for ₦500 million is that she already has a shopping list. She has been eyeing a house in Lekki Phase 1 for months, and the seller just reduced the price to exactly ₦500 million. Carter Efe's "confession" was the perfect excuse to finally afford it. She also wants to buy her mother a new car, pay off her brother's student loan, and still have enough left to throw a party where she will invite everyone except Carter Efe and Davrel. The seven-day ultimatum is not for retraction. It is for her real estate agent to draft the offer letter.
