Five Kids in This Economy? Darey Art Alade Has Questions

In other news, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux is not playing about his family plans.
During a dinner outing with Darey Art Alade and his wife, the conversation turned to children. When Darey asked how many kids Jux wanted with his wife, Priscilla Ojo, the singer did not hesitate.
"I want five."

Darey's reaction was instant. The music veteran looked visibly shocked and fired back: "In 2026, this guy?", a clear dig at the current economic realities that make raising one child expensive, let alone five. (Sucks teeth like Patience Ozokwo)

Priscilla, who was present, has already promised her husband two more children, saying she is ready to give him more kids while gushing over his "freshness". Jux, however, is not stopping at two. He has made it clear that their son, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, needs siblings as soon as possible. The couple welcomed their first child in August 2025, and Iyabo Ojo has already predicted another baby is on the way, joking on Snapchat that their inseparable bond means more children are coming sooner than expected.

But here is what the blogs did not tell you.
Sources close to the couple have revealed that Jux's five-child dream is actually a compromise. In a recent radio interview, he admitted he actually wants six children if God allows. The man is praying for a football team. Meanwhile, before meeting Priscilla, people in Tanzania reportedly thought he was impotent because he had no children at 35 despite his fame and past relationships. The irony is that now he cannot stop talking about having more kids. The man who was once doubted is now planning a full-blown dynasty.
The real tragedy isn't the economy or the number of kids. It is that Darey Art Alade asked a legitimate question, and Jux answered like he was ordering from a menu. Which, technically, he kind of was.
Edgar doesn't lie.
