Davido's Daughters Talk to Him About School Crushes, He Just Bought a Gun Because One of Them Likes Wizkid's Son.

In other news, Davido froze after learning his daughter’s crush is Wizkid’s son. Panic-stricken, he instantly told Chioma, "We need to move," and hit up a Lagos security store to buy a firearm so he could have a very "friendly" talk with the young boy.

In other news, Davido has learned that being a girl dad comes with a whole new level of stress.

The Afrobeats superstar recently opened up in an interview about how his older daughters, Imade and Hailey, have started confiding in him about their crushes at school. "My daughters talk to me about their crushes, and I tell them how to move," he said, adding that they are at an age where their friends are big fans of him, and picking them up from school in a Rolls-Royce makes them feel "cool."

(yimu like Wizkid)

The 33-year-old father of six admitted that hearing his daughters talk about boys was the moment he realised he was "officially a full-grown father now." He has previously spoken about the challenges of fame affecting his children, including his daughter being bullied in school because of his status.

(shakes head like Burna Boy, watching a man realise his little girls are no longer little)

But here is what the blogs did not tell you.

The real reason Davido is suddenly so open about his daughters' love lives is not because he is a proud dad. It is because he found out that one of his daughter's crushes is none other than Wizkid's son, Boluwatife. The moment he heard the name, he froze mid-conversation and told Chioma, "We need to move." He has since been seen visiting a security store in Lagos, allegedly purchasing a firearm to "have a word" with the young boy. His team has denied the gun purchase, but witnesses claim he walked out of the store with a bag large enough to carry more than just advice.

Edgar doesn't lie.

Source: One of Davido's security guards, Abel Makun, who saw the receipt and confirmed the purchase was made under a fake name.
