In other news, Irewole Olaniyan has finally broken her silence over the accusations that a married man has been funding her luxury lifestyle, and the situation has grown bigger than she can handle.
According to Mary, when she initially confronted Irewole privately, the actress denied knowing the man was married, described him as "not her type," and claimed she had blocked him entirely. Mary, however, insisted the relationship continued despite those denials.

Mary also claimed the two travelled together to South Africa in September 2024. To support her claims, Mary shared screenshots and receipts purportedly showing the financial transactions.

Irewole has now responded publicly in a statement shared via her Instagram page on Saturday, October 3. She confirmed that she and the man had indeed been seeing each other but said she brought things to an end the moment she found out he had a wife.
She also addressed a video that had surfaced as part of the controversy, explaining that a restaurant they visited during one of their outings had posted footage from that evening, which later became entangled in the public narrative.
Two other married women have now come forward with the same accusation. Sources say they have also released receipts showing that the same man funded trips and bought gifts for Irewole. One of the women claims her husband paid for a designer bag that Irewole posted on Instagram in June. The other says her husband transferred money to Irewole's account three times in 2024. Irewole has not responded to the new accusations, and her team has reportedly advised her to stop posting on social media until the storm passes.
