Inside Story of iShowspeed Two Contrasting Moments with Jarvis, Peller

Nigeria never disappoints. If drama were fuel, this one is a full tank with reserve.

Let’s tell the story the same way everyone is talking about it, but in simple English that anyone can understand.

January 2026, IShowSpeed arrived in Nigeria, and everywhere went crazy. The internet exploded. Crowds were everywhere. Everyone wanted to see Speed, touch Speed, and be close to Speed. It became like a national duty. If you were active online at all.

Please don't get confused. iShowSpeed is not a phone. He is a real person. A 21-year-old American rapper and live streamer with a lot of money and fame.

 Now the big question:

Why are Jarvis and Peller, the always-noisy couple, trending with IShowSpeed?

 First of all—background check

Last year, Jarvis announced that she and Peller had broken up. She spoke calmly. No insults. No drama. She said she wanted to grow and that the relationship could not work “for now.” She also mentioned that Peller did not know how to communicate well. Translation? Too much noise, too little sense. But information reaching us from estate security and the neighbourhood WhatsApp group says Jarvis found somebody better. And Peller did not accept it easily. He wanted full control, but relationships do not work like permanent contracts.

Now Jarvis said she isn’t abandoning him but giving him space to grow, Nigerians clapped everyone moved on.

THEN EVERYTHING CHANGED

Suddenly, Jarvis appeared on a live stream with IShowSpeed, like a correct Nigerian babe that understands timing and opportunity, going after the best next thing, in no dulling, no desperation. Jarvis jejely, no shouting, no long talks like her ex-bobo, whose voice is louder than the whole Mark “Nsukkabread” (Zuckerberg) village, she was on live stream teaching Ispeed dance moves, dancing with him, even laughing to his jokes, people who viewed the live stream said they could see love flying everywhere around them. Internet people didn’t let peace be an option, analysis began,

@barbiegirl tweeted “9ja babes no dey carry last oo. I like as she leaves Peller focus on herself. Peller dey draw her back honestly. This girl na power bank 🔋”

@nigerwife tweeted “Ah ah… na so? , Jarvis gets sense pass that boy, Peller, no noise but big money moves #bigmovesonly”

NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT PELLER

Peller did not trend because Jarvis was with another man. He trended because he publicly embraced shame and became best friends with it. while trying to match up. He didn’t try once o. He tried again. And again. And again. At one point, Oga even rode a horse. Horse o!Like a movie, just to be noticed by Ispeed, something his ex got access to without stress, even hugging and chilling with him. But every time he tries for access, the security send am back. And internet people refused to note the word pity. Heartless people!

@ologunfirstson tweeted, “This boy dey embarrass our gender every year. This don resemble a public audition for embarrassment.”

@clavmox tweeted, “not only is he loud, but very unorganised, that babe is better off without him and should stay very far from him , her management should maintain that distance”

THE WORST PART —THE COMPARISON

And comparison na thief of joy, but Nigerians don’t care.

Jarvis = calm, sharp, organised, good management, knows when to talk and when to move.

Peller = loud, confused, empty vessel with surround sound, childish behaviour, and money miss road.

From a reliable unreliable source (friend of a friend of my neighbour who came to see Ispeed), said Peller even called Jarvis to beg her to help talk to Ispeed to give him access, and promised he won’t shout or disturb, but Jarvis didn’t respond to him.

So imagine an ex-girlfriend living your dream in front of you, while you are outside the gate begging security to even let you see your dream , Even Moses tried to pass you, at least he saw the promised land.

Omo, shock dey. Even the transformer goes blank. After all the dragging, reports say Peller is quiet and silent because he wants to take a break and focus on education. Which is good o. Education na key

But the internet still won't let him rest.

Life lesson Sponsored by Nigerian Twitter

Sometimes, the person who talks less gains more. Sometimes, your ex grows, improves, and moves forward…while you remain exactly where they left you.

And finally, never let your embarrassment reach Nigerian social media.

Once it gets there, your life, your secrets, your screenshots, and even your relatives will trend together.

Nigerian social media does not forget, does not forgive, and never disappoints.
